How to apply Family Visa Stamping (After Entry/Status Change) in Dubai?

Family Visa holder (non UAE)
Has to enter UAE within 60 days from the date of issue
Once he/she enters UAE, he/she will get an additional 60 days to complete the process of UAE ID, Medical, Insurance, and finally Visa Stamping by the sponsor.
